Students were given the jumbled words of
the Central idea in groups and had to arrive at a statement. Within no time all
the groups came up with a unanimous statement ‘Inventions impact the way we live’. Students also wrote their understanding of the Central
Idea, discussed the Key Concepts and the Lines of Inquiry and wrote burning
questions that came to their minds.
For the next unit we really need to think
for some other engagement to keep them involved J this one was a child’s play for all of
them.
